Action Learning Teams Formed

Project CEOS Proud to Announce Action Learning Teams Now Formed!

Deans in our three participating colleges have assembled teams of chairs dedicated to changing the culture of their colleges.  With the help of facilitators from the University HR department, the teams will determine their most pressing local issues, set specific goals and learn from putting ideas into action.  Examples of topics that teams may choose to incorporate into their plans include the development of strategies to increase the use of flexible career policies, efforts to create transparent decision-making processes, or the creation of opportunities for faculty networking.

We are very glad to welcome these teams to this promising project for culture change within each college.  The College of Veterinary Medicine team consists of Drs. Jean Sander, Rustin Moore, Mary Jo Burkhard, Prosper Boyaka, Tom Wittum and Don Krueger.  From the College of Engineering we welcome Drs. Robert Lee, Cheena Srinivasan, Jennifer Evans-Cowley, Barbara Wyslouzil, and Chase Canfield.  And from the Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics we are joined by Drs. Peter Curtis, Luis Casian, Tina Henkin, Claudia Turro, Rick Freeman, and Barbara Keyfitz.

We thank each member of these teams for leading the way to excellence in our colleges.  We anticipate that cross-college teams will be ready to form by the middle of next year.
