Congratulations to Dr. Jessica Winter! Dr. Winter, HC Slip Slider Professor in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, was named one of the 2011 Distinguished Undergraduate Research Mentors. We thank Dr. Winter for her continued efforts at mentoring and insipring the next generation of scientisits at OSU.
Congratulations to Elizabeth Riter! Elizabeth is a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Civil Engineering and was recently named one of the 2011 Graduate Associate Teaching Award winners. The GATA is in its 39th year and is the university's highest recognition for exceptional teaching provided by graduate students. Approximately 3,000 students teach each year and only 10 are honored as GATA winners.
