Transitioning to Faculty Life: A Conference for PostDocs Historically Underrepresented in STEM
May 31 - June 2, 2012, hosted by CEOS and Sponsored by CIC Arts & Sciences and Graduate School Deans
Conference Goals:
1. Provide opportunities for postdoctoral scholars from groups historically underrepresented in STEM disciplines to network and gain information and skills necessary for a successful transition to faculty positions
2. Provide recruitment opportunities for Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC) departments and programs anticipating faculty hires in STEM

- Developing networks and community
